Match-Your Green Tea !!!!




Today I bring you something which might help you in your quest to become fitter, slimmer and oh so fabulous in the New Year: Kineta Organic Vitality Green Tea!

I have drunk normal green tea for years so for me this isn't too much of a stretch whereas I think if you were to go straight from coffee to this it could be quite a shock to the system! Especially considering this doesn't have any caffeine in it.  So be kind to yourself and wean off slowly, perhaps switch to decaf for a while before jumping straight in. 

You could always add it to smoothies, porridge, have it in a glass of orange juice or even add a 1/4 teaspoon to your decaf coffee to slowly introduce it into your daily diet. There are so many ways to have this tea but of course I love having it straight up as I think that's where you can gain the best of the health benefits. I will be sharing my trials with this over the next few weeks as I start to find ways where I can get it in my diet. I may even trial it in some muffins!!! Stick around for that recipe!
