Hello there! I have decided to start another new series on my Blog, this time focussing on small businesses. Being a blogger I am regularly put in touch with owners of small businesses and it is a really enjoyable part of being a blogger. Whether it be reviewing a product, service or finding a new company which sells fashion at an affordable price, there is often a small team of people behind it, plugging away, putting in the late nights and the early mornings trying everything to make a success out of their little business. I do feel, that as bloggers we do owe some responsibility to them as more and more of them are turning to Twitter and bloggers alike to promote themselves. Plus, I think it's fun being one of only a handful of bloggers lucky enough to discover a burgeoning business and getting to trial some of their products! Or is that just me!?
I have found all of the business I'll be featuring on twitter, under the hashtag #smallbiz as that is where they were all hiding! To start with, I'll be featuring a couple of the small businesses I've already come into contact with, as that way I hope that a few of you will have already heard of them too!
So if you like finding new places to buy fashion, beauty or a present for your loved one, sit back, grab a cuppa and read on!

After showing her designs to friends, family and colleagues, she realised she needed to broaden her horizons in order for the business to really take off. So Neet went online, creating Facebook and Twitter accounts and designing a website! Now she has customers as far away as New Zealand, Australia and the USA!
Being inspired by the outdoors and the natural surroundings in Surrey, Neet likes to incorporate them into her one-off, bespoke designs. Working with a piece of leather or waxed cotton allows her designs texture when worn, bringing them to life.
Her designs are quite boho in design, working a lot with natural leather, waxed cotton, beads and shells. Neet can also take on bespoke and one of a kind designs to make something which is truly unique to the wearer.
Neet now spends most of her evenings and weekends working on her designs which she says is a dream come true and just goes to show that with a little bit of ingenuity (and a sprinkling of fairy dust!) it is possible to make your dreams come true!
I don't know about you, but I think Neet's designs are just gorgeous! >.< So much colour and texture it feels like nature really is being brought to life through her designs. Which one is your favourite?? Do you have a design in mind that you'd like Neet to make? Make sure to give her a follow and let her know which design you'd like! Tell her I said hi!
