#SmallBiz Series

Hello there! I have decided to start another new series on my Blog, this time focussing on small businesses. Being a blogger I am regularly put in touch with owners of small businesses and it is a really enjoyable part of being a blogger. Whether it be reviewing a product, service or finding a new company which sells fashion at an affordable price, there is often a small team of people behind it, plugging away, putting in the late nights and the early mornings trying everything to make a success out of their little business. I do feel, that as bloggers we do owe some responsibility to them as more and more of them are turning to Twitter and bloggers alike to promote themselves. Plus, I think it's fun being one of only a handful of bloggers lucky enough to discover a burgeoning business and getting to trial some of their products! Or is that just me!?

I have found all of the business I'll be featuring on twitter, under the hashtag #smallbiz as that is where they were all hiding! To start with, I'll be featuring a couple of the small businesses I've already come into contact with, as that way I hope that a few of you will have already heard of them too!

So if you like finding new places to buy fashion, beauty or a present for your loved one, sit back, grab a cuppa and read on!

Read Parts 1 - 15 first if you like!

Today I want to introduce you to a wonderful little handmade card company, English Country Press. Run by Marisa Sudin, this wonderful little company because she loves sending letters through the mail and wanted stationery and cards which represented her style. She is a 19 year old college student and she balances running this business with her classes. She specialises in modern greeting cards for birthdays, holidays and other occasions but also makes custom wedding and event invitations as well. Creating the perfect product for her customers is her ultimate goal!

How cute are these cards? As someone who is getting back into writing hand written letters again I know I would love not only to send out these cards to other people and make them smile, but I'd love to receive one too! With each card you can tell just how much time has gone into making them and it's this personal touch which sets English Country Press apart from other card makers.
You really can send a personal message to your loved ones to simply put a smile on their face, celebrate their birthday, announce an engagement or wish them well on their Graduation.
All packages are shipped with USPS and you can expect them to be sent out within a week of purchase, but mostly within 2-3 days of the purchase date.
All cards are very reasonable priced with Birthday Cards starting at just £1.82 and 5 greeting cards only £6.76.
I would absolutely love to receive a handmade card like these through the post. How gorgeous is this design?? I highly suggest you check out Maria's little Etsy shop and have a look through all her cards. With prices as low as these, who wouldn't you??
That's all for today! I hope you've enjoyed learning all about English Country Press, I know u have! Please go and say hi to Marisa on her twitter! Why not let her know you found English Country Press via this #smallbiz feature?!
