Pancake Day is coming up- and I love to celebrate every year with a big pile of vegan American-style pancakes or crepes!
However, I'm here to tell you that's just not true!
Yes, you might have to avoid a few ingredients or alter your favourite recipes slightly, but you can still enjoy tasty treats like everyone else.
Most restaurants and cafés also cater to vegan diets these days, too!
