If you're anything like me, you love desserts! But as a vegan it can be hard to find desserts that work for you, and you shouldn't have to forgo your favourite sweet treats because of your ethical or dietary choices.
In this post, I've put together 5 delicious vegan desserts to try! I've already tried some of these options myself, and others are ones that I am desperate to try out soon.
Let me know all of your yummy recommendations in the comments!
Alpro don't just make alternative milk, they also make ice-cream! Whether you're vegan or lactose-intolerant, their ice-cream means that more people can enjoy this delicious frozen treat- and I love that.
Currently, you can buy vanilla, coconut and hazelnut chocolate flavour ice-cream from this ethical brand.
Nord66 is a small business on Etsy, and I love their cool-looking chocolates. All of their products are completely unique, and their truffles are absolutely delicious!
If you're looking for a delicious vegan dessert to try out, you can't go wrong with a bit of vegan chocolate- and Nord66 chocolates are silky smooth and packed full of unusual flavours that just seem to work!
Feed Me Vegan Rich & Creamy Mango Cheesecake
Recently, Lucy Watson (formerly on the show 'Made in Chelsea') brought out a range of vegan desserts, including the rich and creamy mango cheesecake!
Made out of vegan cream cheese, this cheesecake sounds delicious- and it is definitely one to try if you're missing traditional creamy desserts.
Planet Doughnut are the best!
You can buy vegan doughnuts from this company across the UK, and all of their doughnuts are hand-finished.
This really adds to their quality, and they are absolutely delicious.
I recommend Planet Doughnut to everyone, and their vegan range is super tasty!
Ben & Jerry's Non-Dairy Ice-cream
Did you know that Ben & Jerry's do a dairy-free option?!
Head out to your local supermarket to buy one of three delicious flavours, including Peanut Butter and Cookies, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Chunky Monkey.
Just because you don't eat traditional ice-cream anymore, it doesn't mean you have to miss out- and it's great to see more vegan options coming from big brands.
Ditto Bakes is a small business, and they bake completely vegan brownies, blondies and more on their website.
Delivering to people across the UK, all of these bakes are handmade by Emma, who aims to create everything tasty for vegans!
She uses the best ingredients, including Belgian chocolate.
Ditto Bakes is so delicious, and I recommend checking out their wide range of vegan creations.
