It's the middle of the day and you need some brain food but only have half an hour before you have to start work again.
It's been a long day and you want some tasty food but simply don't have the energy or patience to cook for longer than 5 minutes.
You've been playing with your kids and catch a glance of the time, it's 3pm and you haven't had your lunch yet.
You know as soon as you go to make some food your kids will be wanting your attention, so it has to be quick.
If any of these scenarios sound familiar then you're in the right place.
Burrito Bowl
Burrito bowls are amazing because you can add anything that you desire to them. If you fancy it with a crunch, you can add more pepper or celery into the mix.
If you’re more into a chilli cheese variation then you can add cheese!

Here is what you will need for the ingredients.

Method:
Heat the three-bean salad mix in the microwave for two minute.
,Whilst that is in the microwave, gather all the extras you desire and chop into small pieces and place into a bowl. Once the beans have been heated, drain and place into the bowl.
Add chili flakes and paprika to taste and mix together. Add vegan cheese if desired and enjoy!
Cous Cous
I love cous cous because it is so versatile with what flavour you can make it. You can easily make it vegetable, spicy or cheesy!
I particularly like using the Kallo siracha stock cubes with paprika and chili flakes for the seasoning to make it a nice and spicy one!

Method:
Boil the kettle with the amount of water required as stated on the cous cous pack. Place the cous cous in a bowl and add the boiled water and stock cube.
Place a pan lid on top to trap the heat and wait for 5 minutes.
Once the 5 minutes has passed, fluff up the cous cous with a fork and add seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
Vegan "Bacon" Sandwich
This one is perfect for one of those days where you just want nice, tasty, greasy food.
Ideal for a hangover meal!

Method:
Heat some oil in a pan and add the vegan bacon and fry to the time required
.Whilst frying the vegan bacon, use the vegan butter to spread the bread. Once the vegan bacon has cooked add to the bread and complete the delicious vegan bacon sandwich!
Burrito
I love burritos, especially a nice full one with plenty of spice and cheese!
This burrito will be one of the quickest, easiest and tastiest ones you’ll have made.

Method:
First heat up the tortilla wraps for 30 seconds in the microwave on a microwavable plate.
Then heat up the 3-bean salad mix for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Whilst the beans are heating up, chop up the desired amount of lettuce and grate the vegan cheese.
Add the beans to the tortilla wrap, then the lettuce and the vegan cheese and fold into a burrito.
You may also want to add some jalapeño or chilli seasoning to the mix if you want a spicy burrito!
"Chicken" and cheeze baguette
This meal is guaranteed to satisfy that hunger in a matter of minutes.

Method: Slice your baguette in half and use vegan spread on the inside of the baguette.
Grab a handful of vegan cheese (I like to use Applewood Vegan Cheese for a smoky flavour) and place inside the baguette.
Then add some pre-cooked vegan chicken pieces to your baguette.
You can then either heat this in the oven for a few minutes or have cold. Then add a few slices of iceberg lettuce and enjoy!
I hope these vegan recipes have been useful for you.
