Your Guide to Vegan Christmas Chocolate

Post contains gifted products, all opinions my own.

At Christmas, we all want to be able to enjoy all the delicious food that comes along with this most decadent time of year.

A few years ago this meant only having a plate of vegetables and a bit of stuffing if you were lucky but since 2019 the sales and production of vegan offerings has gone up exponentially.

These days it seems like every supermarket, online shop and independent food shop has some sort of vegan Christmas offering available.

I know I’m always surprised to find a vegan/plant-based offering whenever I’m shopping either in a store or online.

I was recently looking for a vegan paté to enjoy at Christmas and to my delight I was able to find not one, but two (!) available for me to choose from! So naturally, I bought both because, well, why not! Demand equals supply after all!

In this post, I’m going to talk to you today about the wonders and delights of Vegan Christmas Chocolate! From stocking filler chocolates to chocolate truffles to decadent desserts, you’ll be making everyone jealous at the table this Christmas!

Montezuma's Christmas Chocolate

Montezuma’s combine delicious chocolate with organic produce, bringing ethical chocolate alternatives to vegans like myself. Every product is made from ethical cocoa and all meets their strict ‘Business Done Properly’ standards.

Montezuma’s has a fantastic range of organic vegan chocolate alternatives for everyone to try, their 2022 Christmas range features some firm favourites and some delicious new treats.

Their limited-edition Christmas chocolate selection boxes and Christmas truffle snowmen make excellent Christmas gifts and their extra special Christmas chocolate hampers bring together the best of their Christmas chocolate bars, truffles and items from their core range for an extraordinary gift.

Their Christmas chocolate selection is special for three reasons:

  1. They have fantastic festive flavours, only available in the Christmas Collection.

  2. Their Christmas packaging is fully recyclable or compostable.

  3. Their commitment to being inclusive and allowing as many people as possible to enjoy their Christmas traditions.

Today I’m featuring a mystery box of chocolates from Montezuma’s, the contents of which are available on their website and are guaranteed to put smiles on any Vegan faces this Christmas!

Dark Chocolate Crunchy Peppermint Half Moonies - £3.99

Ridiculously rich, super smooth, ever so minty, dark chocolate solid bumps make the perfect bite-sized treat. You may just find that even the non-vegans in your family want to try them!

Dark Chocolate Snowmen - £6.99

The best thing about these snowmen? The fact they don’t melt – unless you leave them next to the radiator of course!

Black Forest- Dark Chocolate With Cherry - £2.99

Lashings of whipped cream, dark chocolate cake and of course, cherries, make the Black Forest Gateaux a dessert to die for!

This is their very chocolatey and subtle interpretation of this wonderful pudding!

Organic Dark 74% Chocolate Giant Buttons - £4.49

Bite-sized buttons of their deliciously rich, dark chocolate. If you can bear to part with them, spread the joy and share them around!

I for one and very happy with this mystery box from Montezuma’s, I’m just worried about how long these chocolates will last! The festive season begins now am I right?!

I can highly recommend Montezuma’s for all of your Christmas chocolate needs, especially if you’re after something a bit special as a present – either for yourself or the Vegan in your life!

LoveRaw Christmas Chocolate

LoveRaw started in 2013 and their mission now is to continue making legendary kick ass vegan chocolate whilst maintaining their honest, transparent and no artificial nonsense roots!

Remove the stigma and prove that vegan chocolate can be decadently indulgent and delicious!

You can be extremely vegan or sometimes vegan: Or what they like to call an “unvegan” vegan. Curious? Just try it, they’ll think you’ll love it!

I’ve tried LoveRaw previously and absolutely fell in love with their Caramelised Biscuit Cre&m® Wafer Bar, which tastes just like a certain Lotus Biscoff Kinder Bar!
